Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking GM Production Control to join their team. We're seeking a Production Control GM to join our dynamic team! In this leadership role, you'll be the mastermind behind our smooth material flow, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of material procurement, storage, delivery (on-site & 3rd party), shipping, and receiving.

• Develop and manage production schedules, forecasts, and capacity plans to meet customer demands.

• Streamline internal parts picking, setting, and delivery to the assembly department for seamless flow.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.

• Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management (required).

• MBA (a plus).

• 12-15 years of manufacturing experience with production planning, scheduling, and internal logistics.

• Minimum of 4 years of proven management experience.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (TPS preferred).

• Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and KPI analysis.

• Excellent cost control and budget management skills.
