Summary:
Our award-winning client is seeking GM Production Control to join their team. We're seeking a Production Control GM to join our dynamic team! In this leadership role, you'll be the mastermind behind our smooth material flow, ensuring on-time deliveries and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of material procurement, storage, delivery (on-site & 3rd party), shipping, and receiving.
Develop and manage production schedules, forecasts, and capacity plans to meet customer demands.
Streamline internal parts picking, setting, and delivery to the assembly department for seamless flow.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Manage budgets, analyze KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Materials Management, or Supply Chain Management (required).
MBA (a plus).
12-15 years of manufacturing experience with production planning, scheduling, and internal logistics.
Minimum of 4 years of proven management experience.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles (TPS preferred).
Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards and KPI analysis.
Excellent cost control and budget management skills.
