    Summary:

    Fast growing Criminal and Immigration organization committed to the defense of non-U.S. citizens is seeking Inside Sales Leader to close deals, as well as manage a small team of Inside Sales Associates.

    The organization’s reputation has been built on a clear long-term vision, with a highly specialized legal team, alongside strong core principles, and a mission to grow and serve more clients.

    This position requires the ability to learn the firm’s specialized sales process, software systems and key legal concepts that are relevant to the types of cases that the firm supports. During the first month of employment, the Inside Sales Leader will be trained on the firm’s CRM system, intake and sales processes, relevant legal concepts and will receive coaching and scripts on how to handle sales conversations.

    Responsibilities:

    This role is responsible for hitting sales goals as well as managing and supporting a small team of inside sales associates.

    Leads are generated through a multi-channel marketing function, and the sales team is responsible for qualifying incoming leads and preparing them for a sales conversation with the Inside Sales Leader.

    • Connect with qualified potential new clients leads via phone, email and text message
    • Schedule/coordinate all events with PNCs, including:
      • Conducting effective Discovery calls & Qualifying appropriate

    Clients

    • Collection of key documents from PNCs (to determine case type)
    • In-person immigration assessments (in the firm’s office)
    • Quoting of fees (using fee schedule and attorney input)
    • Closing appropriate clients to sign with our law firm
    • Client hiring - signing of representation agreements and collection of fees
    • Handoff / introduction to legal team upon case opening

    Manage the pipeline of opportunities in Zoho CRM by:

    • Ensuring all information is collected and entered accurately for each opportunity
    • Prioritizing opportunities based on case type, case value, pipeline age and other feedback from the CRM and management team
    • Refer non-prospects out to other professionals and track results
    • Improving conversion rates (with the aid of the CRM)
    • Close/Convert prospects into clients with persistent follow-up and Tracking
    • Support other team members in whatever way is required, especially as it relates to on-boarding new client cases, the client experience and client success.

    Required Qualifications:

    • 100% Bilingual in Spanish and English with written and oral fluency (both languages are written and spoken every day), and have highly professional communication skills
    • You have 3+ years of experience in inside sales where you personally met quota(s) and were a top performer
    • Some supervisory experience, i.e. management or team lead needed. Experience in running an inside sales team is ideal.
    • Proven track record of overcoming obstacles, identifying opportunities for improvement and consistently hitting goals
