We are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join the Grand Rapids, MI office. This is an opportunity for a lawyer looking to accelerate the path to partner, an achievement the firm wants their attorneys to accomplish.

Responsibilities:

• Service current clients

• Direct operational activities

• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Attain new clients

Qualifications:

• 5 years of attorney experience, practicing in the corporate and business arenas (considering all corporate transactional backgrounds, except for litigators)

• Qualified to practice law in Michigan and be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan

• J.D. degree
