Summary:

We are seeking a strong IT Director with a Manufacturing ERP Implementation background to optimize systems & processes for an award winning High Volume Manufacturing market leader.

This role will report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for scaling the IT Department alongside the ERP system. This role will work closely with the current contractors and vendors to review historical ERP processes to either streamline or implement a new system as the organization grows from one plant to multiple.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Help Desk, Network Administrators and contracted Program Analysts.

• Participates in overall system’s planning, bringing current knowledge and future vision of technology as related to advance organization’s competitive position.

• Directs information management budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, business process re-engineering, and database system strategy.

• Oversees planning and implementation of all business information systems, such as sales, customer operations, and internal communications.

• Identifies and eliminates security risks.

• Serves as primary corporate spokesperson for information management.

• Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs.

• Develop, Implement, and create SOPs for ensuring Data safety including the Storage, archive, backup, data recovery management, business continuity.

• Oversees the planning and management of the company’s telephone system and manages company wide upgrade efforts.

• Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and vendors for services and products.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 + years of ERP Implementation experience

• 5 + years of Help Desk, Network Administration, Networking Programming, managing and contracted/vendors Program Analysts

• Strong consultative evaluation of our current business process experience

• Track record of increasing efficiency, effectiveness and visibility through ERP software and other potential IT equipment

• Strong ERP/IT systems, vendors and consultant management skills

• Experience creating budgets and timeline based on points

• Strong Implementation planning experience

• Great training skills, experience showing teams how to correctly utilize implemented systems and equipment
