Summary:
We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Brand Director for our national retail organization client. In this role, you will be responsible for the creative process from concept to completion, strategic evolution of the brand, as well as. You will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing, while leading the internal creative agency. This position requires collaboration with all in-house teams, especially Merchandising, E-commerce, Technology and Sales. High energy, intellect and creativity are musts! Success will be measured by the company's sales performance, customer acquisition .
The privately-held organization has grown its store and is looking forward to continued momentum. The company is currently investing heavily in its existing footprint of stores, recently created Outlet channel and rapidly growing digital presence.
Responsibilities:
Brand strategy and evolution: Strategically guide and evolve the brand’s positioning towards relevant emotional and long-term connections with customers.
Brand management: Day-to-day management of the brand across all marketing channels and touch points.
Production oversight and responsibility:
Customer Experience: Further refine customer personas and corresponding journey maps. Delivering enhancements to the omnichannel customer experience will be critical to marketing effectiveness.
Campaign strategy and execution: Develop marketing programs and promotional initiatives to enable achievement of the company’s business objectives. Lead and oversee the campaign development process from concept to completion.
Digital presence: Ensure that the digital, including social media, experience is engaging for customers and brand appropriate. You will be largely accountable for ensuring brand relevance and acquisition of non-traditional consumer segments.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Develop marketing partnerships and collaborations that engage consumers and support the brand’s evolution. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, negotiating and executing the associated business plans while considering all relevant internal partners.
Events: Creative development, including conception and execution of brand events and activations.
Trends: Build and maintain an understanding of industry trends to make informed recommendations about brand and communications strategy.
Marketing Technology: Utilize and source relevant technology solutions to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for all department and company-wide projects where applicable.
