    Position Summary:

    The Regional Legal Operations Director is responsible for the overall management of the offices in their assigned region.

    Reporting to the VP, this individual will be responsible for the management of the office operations in their region. They will manage the office supervisors, work with leadership on regional strategic planning and new initiatives and drive teams to meet and exceed office revenue goals.

    This talented individual will have experience with and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing managers and staff in a legal services environment. They will oversee ensure the successful management of the day to day operations of each office. They will be responsible for the financial oversight of the assigned offices including budget and profit and loss. They will work with the teams to ensure client satisfaction and address and resolve problems that will impact performance, staff, and clients. They will support all company objectives, priorities, and initiatives and work with the corporate office to ensure all corporate policies and procedures that are in place and being followed. The RM will work with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to supporting hiring, training and support HR initiatives. They will work with the Practice Development team to actively support marketing efforts in business development and find opportunities for new business or to improve client satisfaction of current clients. As part of the overall US leadership team, they will collaborate with other leaders in the organization on business strategy, best practices and more.

    Required:

    • JD Degree OR MBA
    • 5 years of legal services, law firm or legal department management experience or Experience in management of an Alternative Dispute Resolution organization.
    • 7 years of overall management experience required.
    • Ability to travel locally to assigned offices in Orange County and San Diego.
    • Previously experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution or Litigation required.
