Manage diverse caseload, navigating legal intricacies from court representation to settlement negotiations, while providing expert counsel on claim liability, conducting depositions, overseeing discovery, and formulating strategic arguments informed by continuous professional development.

    Responsibilities:


    • As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, attending court proceedings, negotiating settlements, overseeing trial preparation, conducting trials, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.

    • Your duties will include advising clients on claim liability and legal rights, and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations.

    • Additionally, you will be expected to conduct depositions, respond to discovery demands, and possess the ability to conduct thorough discovery while drafting motions.

    • Your role will involve gathering evidence to initiate and support legal actions, achieved through interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain case facts.

    • Evaluating findings, developing strategies, and constructing compelling arguments in preparation for case presentations will be integral to your responsibilities.

    • Furthermore, staying updated on legal developments is essential, and you are encouraged to enhance your professional knowledge through participation in educational opportunities and reading relevant publications.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years of documented plaintiff personal injury trial experience.

    • Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.

    • Prior experience on the Plaintiff side with a focus on Personal Injury.

    • Strong attention to detail.

    • Availability for a 5-day workweek based in the office.
