    Summary:

    Our client, a provider of products to the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Territory Account Manager who will be responsible for generating sales to existing and new accounts within an assigned territory. This person will be accountable for achieving the quota by hunting new customers and growing existing relationships with a focus on the Semiconductor industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for direct sales of products to key customers, generating planned sales revenue from these major accounts.

    • Accountable for achieving sales growth goals by growing both existing and new customers.

    • Responsible for establishing pricing and securing new business.

    • The single point of resolution for customers’ needs for the assigned market/industry segment and/or geographic area accounts.

    • Responsible for leads generation and new business acquisition within a specified territory.

    • Improves the profitability of existing accounts by fully understanding value propositions.

    • Supports and implements marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.

    • Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads using CRM tool and meeting/exceeding sales metrics.

    • Conducts competitive intelligence.

    • Demonstrates product value to new account customers.

    • Coordinate with functional groups to achieve solutions/ 8D reports for customer complaints and follow up actions.

    • Implementation of required safety practice in all commercial activities.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong experience with thin-film coatings or vacuum systems

    • Strong Semiconductor experience

    • 1+ years of experience in relevant industries

    • Prior sales success as an Sales Executive

    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information

    • Competent computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work well both independently and in a team setting

    • Ability to travel 50-75% (mostly by car)

    • Engineering or technical-related degree is preferred.

    • Experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry is preferred.

    • 3+ years Outside Sales experience in Technical / Industrial industries is preferred.

    • CRM experience is preferred.
