Our award-winning client is currently hiring for a VP in Products to work at one of their two locations!
Responsibilities:
Dive deep into the technology from both a product and customer perspective
Own and shape up product strategy for our growth, investments and engagement programs
Work alongside design, engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and other teams to build delightful, easy-to-use features that help meet customer’s financial, household, and lifestyle needs
Define and deliver a compelling business case and product brief
Collaborate and communicate with a broad team of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring all viewpoints are accounted for and that solutions meet all necessary requirements
Use data, user research and a test and learn approach to inform decisions and continually optimize products
Collaborate with other product managers and designers to ensure cohesiveness of the overall advisor and customer experience
Own and prioritize a product backlog—using data to make informed tradeoffs between new feature development, platform investment, and user issues/feedback
Required Skills and Experience:
BA/BS in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics.
5+ experience in a product management capacity
Salesforce (SFDC) experience highly desirable
Proven success in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
Proficient with web services, online technologies, and user interface design
Proficient in major design, development, and project management applications (i.e., Sketch, Confluence, Jira, etc.)
Aptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes, documenting workflows and edge cases, and communicating solutions with clarity
Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment with a heavy emphasis on teamwork
2+ years’ experience on Tableau and Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM)
Experience with high net worth wealth management products and solutions (Investment management, banking, lending, insurance, etc.) highly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and communication/presentation skills
