    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Rotating Equipment Manager to join their team. Our dynamic company is seeking a seasoned Maintenance & Reliability Manager (Rotating Equipment) to join our growing team! In this crucial role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and peak performance of our rotating equipment fleet.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive maintenance & reliability program for all rotating equipment (pumps, turbines, compressors, etc.)
    • Champion a culture of safety and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
    • Lead a team of technicians in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
    • Analyze equipment data to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
    • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment reliability and uptime.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field) preferred.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance and reliability, with a strong focus on rotating equipment.
    • Proven track record of implementing and leading successful maintenance & reliability programs.
    • In-depth knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, oil analysis, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of rotating equipment principles, troubleshooting techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    Bonus points for:

    • Experience with CMMS systems (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM).
    • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification.
    • Supervisory experience.
