Summary:

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies within their industry segment. We are currently seeking a key talent for the role of Engineering & Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

As the Engineering and Maintenance Manager you will oversee a team comprised of Process and Automation Engineers, Maintenance Supervisors and Process Technicians in two very high speed manufacturing operations. Much of your focus will be in developing and executing strategic initiatives, capital project management, and the development of subordinates, to ensure future bench strength for the organization. You will be a Key Roundtable member and your strategic input will be sought for suggesting and implementing future engineering and maintenance initiatives for future plant and organizational competitiveness and sustainability. Position reports to the President of Operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong Aseptic Packaging experience
• 12-15 years of prior success in directing engineering efforts in a Food Manufacturing operation
• Excellent knowledge of liquid processing and high speed packaging
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, ROI, and Capital Projects
• Excellent knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance & TPM
• Minimum 3 years work with powders & liquids
• Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance for food mfg systems
• Excellent working knowledge and application of Continuous Improvement and Root Cause Analysis
• Great team building skills
• BS in Engineering Required with MBA a plus
