Summary:
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist with a background in finance to further develop and enhance our Acquisition Model and Demand Generation Funnel for digital-only financial brands. We are looking for someone who has proven experience with Start-Up Growth Strategies, Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing Intelligence Tools and Database Enrichment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement digital online product launches and promotions
- Work closely with product development teams on new ideas to increase sales
- Lead marketing strategy and planning, including roadmap evolution and maintenance
- Apply strategies to grow acquisition throughout the funnel
- Develop and monitor life cycle attribution modeling and data connection points to ensure accurate, actionable information dashboard reporting
- Research and set industry and category benchmarks for accurate alignment
- Ability to solve complex analytical problems using quantitative approaches with a unique blend of analytical, mathematical and technical skills
- Highly detailed-oriented and exceptional organizational and follow-through skills a must
- Develop and implement front-end web code where appropriate to launch interactive tools and apps benefiting the marketing team’s goals
- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth
- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization
- Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research
- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
- Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
- Analyze, recommend and lead implementation of improvement initiatives
- Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in digital marketing, identifying industry trends and insights

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- 2+ years of experience in the Financial Industry, or similar
- Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Hubspot, Marketo, SalesForce)
- Hands on A/B testing tools experience
- Experience in creating and analyzing ROI performance of acquisition through vendor advertising and PR channels/portals
- Forward thinking with the ability to create and test new ideas and make course corrections quickly
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Experience in the creation of performance monitoring reports for new opportunities
- Experience with Database enrichment
- Experience with Digital Marketing Intelligence tools is a huge PLUS
