Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst with a background in the mortgage industry to provide coordination and implementation of work as directed by Production Support Team Manager.

This role will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies are also emphasized in this opening.

Responsibilities:

• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements, etc.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, write specifications.
• Define change requirements.
• Monitor change progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions, and escalating as needed
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments
• Suggest changes to management using analytics to support recommendations.
• Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
• Develop and/or maintain significant portions of strategy, strategic plans, and related processes Provide consulting support. Draft documents and coordinate deliverables.
• Identify and recommend metrics that drive and measure business performance.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of business analyst/ Business Processes BA related experience
• 2+ years of mortgage experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop insights form data analysis and management/stakeholder interviewers. Understand the implication of that insight for business performance and risk management and make appropriate recommendations to management
• Demonstrated ability to perform discrete task and activities or significant proportion of projects.
• Excellent facilitation skills, strong influencing skills, and ability to effectively present to and work with senior management
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills and developing senior management presentations
