    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Benefits Lead to join their team. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Benefits Manager to join our team and take a lead role in overseeing and managing our company's employee benefits programs. In this dynamic role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day administration and operations of various benefit plans, wellness programs, and our 401(k) plan. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our comprehensive benefits package.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and manage a range of benefit plans, wellness initiatives, and 401(k) plans to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

    • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of benefit plans to optimize value and identify cost-saving opportunities. Stay abreast of benefit trends to ensure our plans remain competitive and up to date.

    • Work closely with system providers, brokers, and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and optimal service delivery. Act as a liaison between employees, HR, and third-party vendors to address inquiries and resolve issues.

    • Take a hands-on approach to day-to-day benefit administration, leading a team of professionals to deliver efficient and accurate services.

    • Develop all benefits communications, ensuring clarity and accessibility for employees. Address and resolve issues related to benefit programs raised by employees, HR, and external vendors.

    • Project plan and manage benefits team projects, ensuring successful rollout and implementation of initiatives.

    • Review and monitor data integration reports, identifying and addressing inaccuracies and system errors. Take proactive measures to maintain data accuracy.

    • Understand, interpret, and effectively communicate benefit plan provisions, policies, programs, processes, and practices, serving as the escalation point for complex issues.


    Required Qualifications:

    • 10 years of experience in a benefits role is required.

    • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

    • 1+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience required.

    • Strong business judgment in assessing requirements and performance to identify appropriate solutions.

    • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel.

    • Attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing tasks and priorities.

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
