    Summary:

    Currently seeking a Vice President of Operations to bring exceptional leadership experience in directing efforts of world-class multiple manufacturing facilities. As the Vice President of Operations, you will be tasked with leading in furthering the company’s mission in the key areas of Manufacturing, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and employee development. You will also provide key strategic insight for the executive leadership team in formulating and executing plans for future growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluating the founding principles of our organization, its current state, and the market to inform our vision.

    • Drafting and ensuring adherence to pertinent budgets.

    • Hiring and monitoring the duties of Department Heads to ensure their alignment with our strategic plans.

    • Hosting regular meetings with executive staff to discuss plans and address concerns.

    • Assessing structures and procedures and tweaking these, where necessary, to ensure that objectives are met.

    • Inspecting work sites to ensure that these are safe, fully-functional, and high-yielding.

    • Mediating disputes to promote amicable and cooperative relationships among staff.

    • Reporting to and meeting with the Board of Directors, as needed.

    • Representing our company at local and international gatherings.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • BA/BS Engineering degree required. MBA preferred.

    • 10+ years Senior Manufacturing leadership role within a CPG Food manufacturing environment. Aseptic experience is preferred

    • Comfortable working with a highly complex portfolio mix with several diverse manufacturing technologies.

    • Experience working in FDA regulated industry (Contract manufacturing, CPG food or Nutritional products).

    • Experience in a continuous process improvement environment.

    • Plant output responsibility in excess of $200MM.

    • Results-driven leadership style with a disposition toward servant leadership. Lead by example with both time and energy committed to achieving all objectives.

    • Comfortable working with multiple systems including ERP, Windows suite, etc.
