Seeking a strong Product Marketing Director for a cutting edge AI silicon and platform solutions organization specializing in energy saving computing innovations in architecture, software, and systems. The products enable unique computational requirements for the exploding AI solutions market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Join our product marketing organization to lead:

• Full lifecycle roadmaps for product/platform solutions for specific AI market verticals and segments
• Play a key role in a fast-growing company that provides cutting edge technology to eager markets
• Define future generations of our cutting-edge products
• Capture and document requirements to deliver the “whole product” for the device family.
• Consolidate requirements and define specific products and feature-sets that meet the performance, metrics and cost requirements of the key applications
• Make the tough decisions and unambiguously state what features are in or out of the products
• Work within product marketing and planning teams to document firm requirements in Market Requirements Documents (MRD)
• Ensure the wider organization is executing to a plan, including the requirements for development tools, IP cores, demonstration boards, etc.
• Lead analysis of key competitor, technology and customer trends
• Work collaboratively with peers in the planning team, vertical marketing teams and target customers to identify key applications and build corresponding business plans and forecasts for key new market opportunities
• Develop a close working relationship with engineering to determine development cost and schedule and make the necessary trade-offs. This includes negotiating product features appropriately and refining the marketing requirements into a final plan of record as documented in a Product Requirements Document (PRD).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years’ experience working on all aspects of silicon and platform product development ranging from concept development to end-of-life
• Extensive experience and demonstrable track record defining hardware, software & platforms for different applications
• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning & deep learning HW & SW architectures and solutions
• Effective cross-functional team leadership experience and skills
• Experience with market research processes and data analysis
• Demonstrable track record of leading product definition and system requirements that meet features, costs, and availability requirements of key applications and documenting these requirements in a Market Requirements Document (MRD)
• Demonstrable track record for working with external customers and internal engineering teams to ensure delivery- to- spec to performance and reliability requirements
• Experience leading product planning in a fast moving, global and dynamic early stage company
• Experience developing close working relationships with engineering teams to determine development cost, schedules, performance and make the optimal trade-offs
• Experience negotiating product features appropriately and refining marketing requirements into a final plan of record as documented in a Product Requirements Document (PRD)
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, e.g., Tableau
• Extensive experience in process management
• Skilled at careful analysis of complex, multi-faceted matters to help devise optimal solutions
• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in computer or electrical engineering or similar areas
• Master's Degree or MBA preferred
