    Summary:

    A growing Y-Combinator backed HRtech startup seeks an ambitious and talented top-performing sales professional to join their team! The HQ is in SF but you can be based long-term remote anywhere in Canada. CAD citizens/perm residents. This company is helping the restaurant industry hire more quickly and easily. The right candidates might join in large part due to equity offers, in addition to salary + commission. You will have the opportunity to join an incredibly bright team!

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a high volume of outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects

    • Prospect and close your leads

    • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape

    • Run product demonstrations and form consultative client relationships

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • 1+ years of experience in sales (end to end, emphasis on closing)

    • Proven success in strategic closing sales - you've been a top 10% performer in recent years! This is required.

    • Experience & interest in high-volume selling/cold calling

    • Highly determined and ambitious

    • Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs-based conversation

    • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects’ business needs
