Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee a caseload of legal matters, involving tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, negotiating deals, handling closings, and representing clients in court.
- Ensure the seamless management of cases, adhering to deadlines and delivering top-notch legal services.
- Conduct thorough legal research to provide insightful legal opinions to clients on a diverse range of legal issues.
- Keep abreast of legal developments, staying informed about changes in laws and regulations that impact clients' interests.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal staff to formulate and execute effective legal strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Admitted to practice law in New York and good standing.
