Summary:

Our award-winning client is looking for an experienced Change Management Director to fill a newly established role with a leading global consumer goods Manufacturer.

Responsibilities:

• Will design, develop and lead change management strategies and implementations across the organization.

• Will be the subject matter expert regarding change management practices.

• You will establish the organization's change management philosophy, methodology, and tools.

• Will partner and collaborate with Leadership to establish change management strategies and plants to ensure successful adoption of new changes.

• Will collaborate with HR Business partners and Project Management leads in executing all aspects of the change management life cycle: collaborate with management to gather and analyze data, prepare change management strategies, evaluate costs and budgetary impact, consult with staff members to identify resistance, develop communication and training plans, assist with restructuring, tracking implementation.

Required Qualifications:

• BA in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or other related degrees.

• 8+ yrs leadership or direct HR Business Partner experience.

• 5+ yrs work experience enabling successful large-scale organizational change efforts.

• Strong change management experience.

• Thorough knowledge of, and experience in, change management principles and methodology.

• In-depth knowledge of models and forecasting.

• Ability to influence others and achieve common goals.
