    Summary:

    Our award-winning client is seeking a Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager to join their team. In this critical role, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals across purchasing, logistics, customer service, and the distribution center. You will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain, ensuring on-time deliveries, and exceeding customer expectations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence. Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and foster a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Oversee inventory levels across all distribution centers, ensuring we have the right products in the right place at the right time.
    • Lead the creation of purchase orders, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate pricing with carriers.
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries promptly, managing deliveries effectively, and supporting the sales team.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and implement best practices to optimize operations.
    • Maintain clear communication with factory vendors, headquarters personnel, and other departments.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
    • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
    • Proven success in optimizing inventory levels, managing logistics, and exceeding customer service goals.
    • Experience with LTL and ocean freight, and negotiation skills are a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
