Responsibilities: • Plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt ABA therapy for children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting • Provide ongoing training and supervision to the clinical team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) • Perform patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans • Forge strong partnerships with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and provide coaching and support throughout their journey • Participate in monthly all-team meeting, reviewing the center and clinical needs • Ensure clinical quality across all learners and staff Qualifications: • Master’s Degree • Eligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board • Taking the BCBA exam within 3 months of starting work • Experience in a clinical/center-based setting is highly valued • Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
