Responsibilities: • Interpret financial data to create comprehensive financial plans for clients • Actively build and maintain strong client relationships • Exhibit exemplary sales and negotiation capabilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Adhere to all applicable compliance requirements Qualifications: • Series 7 License • Series 66 (63/65) License • Insurance Licenses • CFP ® preferred • 3+ years of experience in financial services or insurance sales • Ability to analyze financial data and propose financial plans • Knowledge of relevant financial products and services • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships • Ability to develop and present in-depth presentations and recommendations • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Strong sales and negotiation skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of compliance requirements Compensation: $225,000 - $300,000 at plan earnings
