TRAINING CONSULTANT – STATE OF KANSAS RFP EVT0005549

OBJECTIVE:

Manage the State of Kansas by prospecting, establishing new business, develop relationships with existing accounts, expanding, and renewing current customers.

TASKS:

• Understand and execute State of Kansas RFP through prospecting new clients and expanding and renewing exiting clients.
• Prospect and secure new business thorough making 60 calls and emails a day.
• Understand and execute training agreements/contracts
• Identify Enterprise opportunities through needs analysis
• Consult with clients to understand training objectives and recommend training strategies
• Troubleshoot and provide resolution to satisfy customers
• Expand and renew existing agreements
• Function as project manager to execute and fulfill training agreements and contracts
• Resolve disputes, professionally overcome customer complaints/objections, and troubleshoot solutions that contribute to 100% Satisfaction
• Work State of Kansas and other conferences as determined
• Establish and maintain relationships with the Office of Procurement and Contacts at the State of Kansas
• Submit responses to RFPs as needed

o Ability to take feedback and apply it.

o Ability to work forty hours a week.

o Reliable transportation to and from the office.

o Microsoft outlook suite experience preferred.
