Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review daily reports, order maintenance requirements, and order blocks
• Partner with regional sales managers to increase sales by managing quote requests, sales leads, product promotions, and analysis of sales data
• Analyze market pricing and provide pricing guidance
• Ensure all team daily activities are complete (quotes, orders, claims, phones, etc.)
• Ensure coverage for daily staffing
• Evaluate team workload and delegate as needed
• Partner with other Inside Sales Leads to provide consistency throughout the T and I Inside Sales Team
• Serve as the first point of escalation to ensure customer and personnel issues are resolved
• Evaluate team morale and take actions as necessary
• Conduct regular desk observations and provide real-time feedback
• Prepare and deliver, in partnership with Manager, individual performance reviews
• Identify performance issues and escalate as needed to the Manager
• Participate in cross-functional projects impacting the department and the organization
• Partner with manager for process changes and improvements
• Lead and facilitate completion of group projects
• Identify training gaps in staffing and offer recommendations to Manager
• Completes training on new systems, software, and/or processes, provide training to new team members
• Coordinate time-off requests, attendance, employee needs and phone accuracy
• Lead team meetings
• Represent and serve Inside Sales, as needed, during Manager’s absence
• All other duties as assigned
• Some travel may be required
