Responsibilities

• Lead a boutique, rapid-growth, center-based ABA company
• Manage all day-to-day aspects of the company (clinical and operations)
  
• Collaborate with the CEO on business and growth strategy
  
• Own P&L and all business metrics
  
• Drive business growth including opening new locations and launching new service lines
  

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5 years of VP experience in a private healthcare business
  
• Experience managing business operations and metrics including P&L
• Passionate about serving the autism community
• Experience leading both clinical and operations parts of the business
  

Preferred

• VP or COO experience in ABA or a private healthcare service company
• BCBA or MBA

Compensation

• $110,000 - $150,000 salary
