Lead a rapid-growth ABA (autism services) company. Work remotely + travel.
Our client is a mid-size, privately owned, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company in the Midwest. They are looking to bring on their first COO to lead aggressive, multi-state growth so they can serve more kids and families with autism.
Responsibilities
- Lead growth from 10 therapy centers to 50 therapy centers in 3 years.
- Scale the company 5x via de novo growth.
- Collaborate with the CEO on business strategy.
- Own P&L and all company KPIs.
- Have entire company report to you.
Who is this job for?
- A current VP of Operations or COO in the ABA industry would be ideal.
- Someone who has scaled an ABA or private-healthcare company via de novo growth.
Who is this job NOT for?
- A clinician or clinical leader looking to get into operations leadership.
- Someone who has not yet led de novo growth of multi-state private healthcare company.
Qualifications
Required
- Experience growing a private healthcare company with at least 20 locations or at least $10million annual revenue.
- Experience as a COO or VP of Ops in an aggressive-growth private healthcare company.
- Experience scaling (2-5x) a private healthcare business via de novo growth.
- Passionate about serving the autism community.
Preferred
- Experience scaling an ABA company 2-5x via de novo growth.
- BCBA or MBA
Compensation
- $175,000 - $225,000

Location
- Remote + travel: Work remotely. Must be willing to travel regularly to several Midwest states.
