Responsibilities

• Lead operations for a multi-center ABA company
  
• Manage non-clinical aspects of the company
  
• Collaborate with the CEO on operations strategy
  
• Co-own operations metrics (scheduling, billing, utilization, etc.)
• Solve operations problems and continuously improve operations

Qualifications

Required

• 1-3 years of Operations Leadership experience in a private healthcare business
  
• Passionate about serving the autism community
• Must be a doer, not just a strategist

Preferred

• Director of Operations experience in ABA or a private healthcare service company
• BCBA or MBA
• Would consider candidates with VP experience for VP of Operations role

Compensation

• $70,000 - $85,000 salary
