    We’re looking for associate therapists who share our vision for integrative, trauma-informed therapy. The ideal candidate will be already very knowledgeable about personality dynamics and attachment-based intervention models, and also willing to continue putting in the work to study and learn more. We're building a team of highly effective therapists and want you with us for the long haul What we offer: • Competitive hourly pay • Great medical & dental benefits • Quality in-depth supervision • Flexible schedule • Full marketing, billing, and administrative support (you don't have to worry about anything but patient care) • A supportive and collaborative clinical team • Opportunities for training, professional growth, and advancement into supervisory and administrative positions Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Primarily individual therapy, with some couples & family work • Always update charts and finish notes the same day as service • Serve as the main point of contact for all your clients • Proactively communicate with clients’ families, schools, and treatment teams • Participate in a weekly team meeting where you’ll present your cases & offer feedback to others • Actively utilize supervision to examine your countertransference and identify areas of growth for clinical knowledge and skill • Respond to all contacts within a few hours, with warmth and professionalism • Proactively work to cultivate a positive and supportive work environment Qualifications: YOU ARE: • An AMFT, or APCC working towards licenser in the state of CA • Local to Long Beach and available to work in-person (must be fully vaccinated) • Available to work full time, at least 20 clinical hours per week • Not concurrently providing services at any other private practice • Self-directed, consistent, and detail-oriented • Fluent in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and evidence-based therapies • Experienced working with acute, complex, and developmental trauma • LGBTQ+ and neurodiversity affirmative • Enthusiastic about participating in weekly clinical consultation meetings • Open and engaged in supervision to become the best clinician you can be • Always learning and excited to hone your craft OUR WISH LIST: • Experience with disassociation, psychosis, and autism spectrum Compensation: $50,000 yearly
