• Valid Medical Doctor (MD) in the state of Minnesota (MN)

Join our client as a Psychiatric Medical Director at their Clinic in Bemidji, MN. This role requires a Doctorate degree and expertise in Psychiatric care. The Ideal candidates will have a Board Certification or Pending Board Certification status and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Psychiatric care. This is a Full-time (40 hrs/week).

Salary from: $350,000 - $450,000

Salary Details: Final salary will be determined per candidates years of experience.

\- Guaranteed No lower than Income $373,000/Yr.

\- Base Salary 75th % AMGA/MGMA $345,000

\- Sign-On Bonus $75,000 (3-Years)

\- Additional income for call stipend - TBD

•  Provide psychiatric medical leadership at our Bemidji location  Clinic
•  Ensure high-quality patient care standards are met

• Must be BC or Pending BC (If BE must be withing 5-years)
•  Have  Ideally, 3-5 years of attending experience in either clinical or leadership positions
