Job Summary Chelmsford Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing practice. This is a hybrid position designed for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive work environment. The role is primarily telehealth, with only one to two in-office days per month, allowing you to maintain meaningful patient connections while enjoying excellent work–life balance.
The PMHNP will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing follow-up care to a Commercial and Medicare patient population. You will work in a friendly, collaborative setting that prioritizes quality care over volume and supports thoughtful, patient-centered clinical decision-making. Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
Treat adult and/or adolescent patients (based on your comfort and experience)
Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
Active PMHNP license in the state
DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
Medicare credentialed (or willing to become credentialed)
Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
Excellent communication skills
