    Position Summary

    Phoenix Mental Health is seeking a full-time, on-site Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. This role is ideal for a motivated, compassionate clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality psychiatric care.

    🚫 Please note: This is an on-site position only. Remote and part-time options are not available.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments

    Diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

    Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications

    Provide ongoing medication management and supportive therapy

    Collaborate with primary care providers and other members of the treatment team

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

    Participate in team meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

    Qualifications

    Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or Physician Assistant

    Active and unrestricted license to practice in Washington State

    Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)

    1+ years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply)

    Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity

    Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary team
