Responsibilities: • Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders using compreshensive assessment skills and evidence based tools. • Provide psychiatric evaluations to develop integrative and individualized care plans. • Prescribe, monitor, and adjust medicine based on a framework that is traditional, integrative, complementary, and holistic. • **Routinely establish patient/provider therapeutic relationships & provide evidence-based psychotherapy **to support patients' mental health and overall well-being. • Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. • In-person role in Lacey, WA. Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. • ANCC Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). • Active RN and APRN license in Washington. • DEA license with Schedule II-V prescribing authority (or eligibility). • Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/mental health clinical experience. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally competent care. • You must have a true passion for delivering excellent care and top level patient experience. Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
