This is an in-person office position in Lacey, WA, US. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and collaborative treatment planning for patients experiencing mental health challenges. This is an in-person position in our Lacey office. You will work closely with a team of dedicated mental health professionals open to collaborative and integrative care and evidence-based therapies. Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. • ANCC Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). • Active RN and APRN license in Washington. • DEA license with Schedule II-V prescribing authority (or eligibility). • Minimum 2 years of psychiatric/mental health clinical experience. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally competent care. • You must have a true passion for delivering excellent care and top level patient experience. Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
