We value in-person connections and take a holistic view of each individual, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors into treatment. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide psychotherapy-informed psychiatric care, integrating biological, psychological, and social factors. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and patient-centered care. • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality psychiatric treatment. • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation with the support of AI-assisted charting tools. • Participate in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge base. Qualifications: • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP BC through the ANCC. • Active RN and APRN license in Washington. • DEA license with Schedule II through V prescribing authority or eligibility. • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health care. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills. • Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. • Demonstrated ability to build meaningful patient relationships and provide high-quality, patient-centered care. • Commitment to practicing in an in-person clinical setting and engaging fully with patients and the team. Compensation: $130,000 - $170,000 yearly
