We are seeking experienced prescribers to provide medication management services to our diverse and growing client population. Responsibilities: • Establish strong therapeutic relationships and develop goal-oriented treatment plans • Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring ( both in-person and telehealth) • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic reviews • Utilize clinical expertise, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support client outcomes • Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and all state and federal regulations • Collaborate with the treatment team to identify and communicate significant changes in client status Qualifications: • Active New Jersey PMHNP license in good standing • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber Compensation: $150,000 DOE
