Responsibilities: • Establish strong therapeutic alliances and develop goal-oriented treatment plans • Provide medication management and ongoing monitoring • Conduct mental status examinations and pharmacological evaluations • Demonstrate competency in the knowledge, skills, and clinical judgment needed to meet client needs • Complete documentation in accordance with TheraCorp policies and all state and federal regulations • Collaborate with the treatment team to identify and communicate changes in client status Qualifications: • Active New Jersey licensure in good standing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber Compensation: $150,000
