About Us Oasis of Hope Therapy is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. Position Overview: We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our team. This role focuses on psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration with our clinical team of therapists. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, flexibility, and being part of a supportive, mission-driven practice.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders

Provide medication management and follow-up care

Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff on treatment planning

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR

Follow all state, federal, and payer compliance guidelines

Qualifications

For PMHNP:

Active Florida APRN license

Board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

DEA license (or ability to obtain)

For Psychiatrist:

MD or DO with completed Psychiatry residency

Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry

Active Florida medical license

DEA license
