    CMS Therapy Group is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing private practice. This is a part-time position (~10 hours/week) offering flexible scheduling and W-2 commission-based compensation. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications • Collaborate with licensed therapists and other providers • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our EHR system Qualifications: • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing • Unrestricted license to practice in CT • National Board Certification • CT Controlled Substance license • Federal DEA registration • 5 + years of experience working in an outpatient mental health / behavioral health setting WITH CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Compensation: $100 - $150 hourly
