    CMS Therapy Group is seeking an attentive, motivated, and experienced Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing private practice. Experience treating child and adolescent clients, as well as adults, is preferable. This is a part-time position (~10 hours/1-2 days/week) offering flexible scheduling and W-2 commission-based compensation. Responsibilities: In this position, you will be responsible to: • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans • Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications • Collaborate effectively with licensed therapists and other providers to enhance patient outcomes Qualifications: • Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing • Unrestricted license to practice in CT • National Board Certification • CT Controlled Substance license • Federal DEA registration • 5 + years of experience working in an outpatient mental health / behavioral health setting WITH CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS Compensation: $100 - $170 hourly
