As part of a supportive, multidisciplinary ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) Team, you’ll work in a collaborative environment where innovation, professional growth, and work–life balance are genuine priorities. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of adults with serious mental illness while enjoying the stability and resources of a well-established healthcare system—all without the bureaucracy of a large hospital setting.
