    Equanimity Behavioral Health is looking for passionate professionals to provide Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services to youth and families in their homes and communities. If you’re skilled in youth engagement, mental health support, and creative teaching—this role gives you the freedom to serve your way while earning competitive compensation.

    Highest Paying Local PRP Rates

    ➤ Base Rate: $150 per client/month ➤ Self-Generated Client Rate: $200 per client/month No cap on earnings—build your caseload on your terms.

    **This is a self-generate client role. We give you all of the training, support, and materials while you have the opportunity to grow your own case load to fit your schedule, community, and desired work load.

    Your Role

    Support youth aged 5–17 with behavioral and emotional challenges

    Deliver engaging, trauma-informed PRP services in the community, at home, and on-site

    Provide evidence-based services and interventions to children or families

    Facilitate after-school or weekend group sessions (life skills, coping tools, etc.)

    Help families build structure, resilience, and emotional literacy

    Identify and assist with acquiring needed resources for increased community integration

    Collaborate with treatment teams and ensure proper documentation via EHR

    What We’re Looking For

    1+ year of experience with youth or families in mental health or social services

    High school diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred)

    Confidence in working independently and meeting families in the community

    Reliable transportation, Maryland driver’s license, and auto insurance

    Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
