Today we are now hiring a Psychiatrist in Austin, TX.  Our client is a rapidly growing behavioral health group delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across Texas. They are expanding their interventional psychiatry services and are seeking Psychiatrists who want to practice in a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications Required

• Doctorate degree

• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:

  • Cardiology - Interventional

  • Cath Lab

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications are also accepted:

  • Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner-Board Certified (PMHNP-BC)

  • Board Certified

  • Board Eligible

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management

Participate in interventional psychiatry services (TMS, esketamine)

Manage a weekly caseload of ~32+ patients once ramped

Contribute to a patient-centered culture grounded in clinical excellence and collaboration

Schedule and Shift Details

Work primarily in-office (approx. 4 days on-site, 1 day remote).

Full-time (40 hrs/week)

Compensation: $350,000.00 per year
