    PACE Consulting, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate for the Psychological Health Medical Records Administrative Assistant position to support a prospective contract opportunity.

    Position Location and Schedule

    This is full-time in person position located in Columbus, Ohio

    Position Summary

    The Psychological Health Medical Records Administrative Assistant will provide medical records, case management, documentation, reporting, and administrative support and related support to military service Members and their families.

    The position will assist with maintaining timely, accurate, confidential, and compliant military personnel medical and behavioral-health records.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Candidates must possess:

    At least an associate’s degree.

    At least three years of relevant administrative, clerical, medical-records, case-management support, health care, or behavioral-health experience.

    Experience maintaining confidential records or supporting clinical documentation.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

    Basic computer proficiency.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    The ability to work onsite in Columbus, Ohio during the required duty hours.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Responsibilities include:

    Maintain psychological-health and Soldier medical records.

    Support the tracking and documentation of behavioral-health assessments and case-management activities.

    Enter clinical and administrative information into required electronic systems.

    Ensure required clinical paperwork is completed and entered in a timely manner.

    Support the director, personnel, clinical coordinators, and other designated organizations.

    Compile activity data and assist with statistical and narrative reports.

    Review records for completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling.

    Protect protected health information, personally identifiable information, and sensitive Government information.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

    Behavioral-health or psychological-health medical records.

    Military, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, or government health care.

    Soldier readiness, deployability, or military medical documentation.

    HIPAA, Privacy Act, personally identifiable information, or controlled-information compliance.

    Supporting clinical social workers, behavioral-health providers, or multidisciplinary health care teams.
