As we continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team and help expand access to high-quality mental health services throughout Arizona.
Position Overview
The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and evidence-based mental health services for adolescents and adults.
This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment while maintaining flexibility in scheduling and treatment delivery. Providers may offer services in person, through our secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, or through a hybrid model.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation equivalent to approximately $105 per completed therapy session
Earning potential of approximately $94,500+ annually based on caseload

Responsibilities
Conduct psychological evaluations and clinical assessments
Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers
Participate in clinical consultations as appropriate
Deliver services through in-person and telehealth formats
Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Doctoral Degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
Current Arizona Psychologist License in good standing
Strong diagnostic, assessment, and psychotherapy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
