We are seeking a full-time licensed clinician (Psychologist, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) to join our thriving private practice. About Us: Finding Hope Wellness Center is a well-established, multi-clinician practice in Lutz, Florida, offering therapy, psychological evaluations, and wellness-based services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our team is dedicated to excellence in clinical care, collaboration, and whole-person wellness. What We’re Looking For We are searching for a clinician who: • Holds an active Florida license (Psychologist preferred, but LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT considered) • Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and empathy • Is capable of working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment • Possesses excellent communication skills and a heart for client-centered care • Has experience with or interest in psychological testing and evaluations (a strong plus!) • Is passionate about growth, continuing education, and delivering high-quality care Compensation & Benefits:Contract Position with competitive compensation based on experience • Flexible schedule within a full-time caseload • Administrative support, furnished office space, and marketing included • Collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented team culture If you’re looking for a place where your work is valued, your ideas are heard, and your professional growth is supported — we’d love to meet you.
