PRO Companies is seeking a fully licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania with specialized experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment. This clinician will provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and/or adults, including diagnostic clarification and treatment recommendations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically grounded, and skilled in integrating multi-method assessment data into clear, actionable reports for families, schools, and referral sources.

- Schedule: Part-time or full-time, Flexible schedule.
- Additional details: We contract with the major insurance providers and offer generous reimbursement rate! All credentialing and billing is handled by our operations team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Fee for service rate; 1099 with the potential for W2

Responsibilities:
Clinical Assessment
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic intake interviews (in-person or telehealth)
- Administer, score, and interpret psychological, psychoeducational, and neurodevelopmental assessments
- Utilize a range of standardized tools, including but not limited to:
- TOVA (Test of Variables of Attention)
- ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
- Cognitive assessments (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WPPSI)
- Academic achievement measures
- Behavior rating scales and structured questionnaires
- Send and track parent, teacher, and client questionnaires
- Integrate collateral data from schools, medical providers, and caregivers
Reporting & Feedback
- Prepare comprehensive, psychological reports with diagnostic impressions and evidence-based recommendations
- Conduct feedback sessions with families and/or adult clients (telehealth optional)
- Provide documentation appropriate for schools, IEP/504 meetings, and medical providers when applicable
Collaboration
- Communicate professionally with referral sources
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed
- Maintain ethical standards and compliance with PA regulations and APA guidelines
Work Environment
- Testing conducted primarily in person at our office
- Intake and feedback sessions may be conducted via secure telehealth
- Administrative support for scheduling and questionnaire distribution
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Fully licensed Psychologist in Pennsylvania (required)
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychological testing and assessment
- Experience conducting comprehensive diagnostic evaluations across the lifespan
- Strong differential diagnostic skills
- Experience working with neurodevelopmental, learning, attention, mood, and behavioral concerns
