Travel Psychologist - Rural AZ

We are searching for a mission-driven, independent, highly organized, responsive and detail-oriented psychologist to serve indigenous veterans.

Role Summary

Traveling psychologist serving veterans in rural Arizona VA/IHS clinics

M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm (no evenings or weekends)

6-8 patients per day

Pay rate $1,000 per day

Travel covered

Bonus of $1,000 upon completion of credentialing

Paid orientation and training (training in Prescott, AZ)

90 day credentialing process (This is a federal process and requires daily engagement)

Qualifications

Active AZ psychologist license (or willingness to obtain one)

PhD or PsyD from APA accredited program at the time of graduation

Clean background, license and malpractice history (fingerprinting required)

Comfortable traveling rural Arizona

Strong documentation and computer skills

Personal laptop required

Preferred

Experience working with veterans

Experience working on IHS reservations or tribal health settings
