Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! At our outpatient private practice, we strive to meet our clients where they are emotionally, mentally and cognitively. We specialize in providing individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults with personality disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma and stress related disorders, substance abuse, emotional-regulation, obsessive-compulsive disorders and relationship difficulties. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
