INSPIRE Autism is seeking a Psychometrist (or trained evaluator) to play an important role in helping children receive accurate and compassionate autism evaluations. In this position, you’ll use standardized tools — primarily the ADOS-2 — to conduct assessments, document findings, and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians, including psychologists, BCBAs, and SLPs. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and can be structured as hourly employment or per-evaluation contract work, depending on your preference. Responsibilities: • Interview parents and review developmental histories to inform assessments • Score, interpret, and document assessment findings clearly and accurately • Maintain ethical, professional standards and up-to-date documentation • Communicate results to families in a clear and compassionate way (if applicable) • Partner with psychologists and clinicians to support diagnostic conclusions Qualifications: • Strong understanding of autism spectrum and related developmental conditions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, speech-language pathology, social work, or a related field • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy • Previous experience conducting or assisting with autism or developmental evaluations Compensation: $70,000 yearly
