INSPIRE Autism is seeking a Psychometrist (or trained evaluator) to play an important role in helping children receive accurate and compassionate autism evaluations. In this position, you’ll use standardized tools — primarily the ADOS-2 — to conduct assessments, document findings, and collaborate with a team of dedicated clinicians, including psychologists, BCBAs, and SLPs. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling and can be structured as hourly employment or per-evaluation contract work, depending on your preference. Please note: this role requires ADOS-2 training certification Responsibilities: • Conduct parent or caregiver interviews and review developmental history • Collaborate with psychologists and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team • Score and interpret assessment results to support diagnostic decision-making • Uphold professional and ethical standards of care and documentation • Administer the ADOS-2 and other standardized tools with accuracy and care Qualifications: • Completion of ADOS-2 training and demonstrated competency • Previous experience conducting or assisting with autism or developmental evaluations • Passionate about helping children and families through evidence-based care • Strong understanding of autism spectrum and related developmental conditions • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, speech-language pathology, social work, or related discipline • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in approach Compensation: $70,000
